For sale by owner may work for some, people but clearly it didn't work for us. After the financing fell through on our "for sale by owner" buyer, I thought we were dead in the water to get our house sold in a timely fashion. But after we listed with you I couldn't believe the increase in the amount of traffic through our house! We had 7and 8 showings per day and had a contract within two short weeks!! More than selling our house quickly, I felt like you really took our particular circumstances under consideration when ever decisions were discussed.
